REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Right of Withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the distance sales contract without stating any reason within 14 days from the date the product was received, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws of the Republic of Croatia.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify the Seller by email at office@gof.agency, stating the order number and basic customer details.

Return of Products

The Customer must return the product without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of sending the withdrawal notice.

Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging, including all tags and accompanying documentation.

The cost of returning the product shall be borne by the Customer, unless the product was delivered incorrectly or is defective.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued no later than 14 days from the date the returned product is received or from the date proof of return shipment is provided.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Diminished Value

The Customer is liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to order, personalized items, or other products for which the right of withdrawal is excluded under applicable law.
