TERMS OF SERVICE
1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service govern the relationship between users of the DONUT3logy website and webshop and the company GOF agency d.o.o., Poljička cesta 28a, 21000 Split, Croatia, VAT ID HR31838735795, registered with the Commercial Court in Split.
By accessing the website, creating a user account, or purchasing products, the user confirms that they are familiar with these Terms of Service and accept them in full.
If the user does not agree with these Terms, they must refrain from using the website and services.
2. Definitions
Website refers to the website donut3logy.eu and the webshop shop.donut3logy.eu
Merchant refers to GOF agency d.o.o.
User refers to any person accessing the website
Customer refers to a user who completes a purchase
Services refer to all content, functionalities, and products available through the website
3. Use of the Website
The user undertakes to use the website exclusively in accordance with applicable laws of the Republic of Croatia and the European Union.
Any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent use or use that may infringe the rights of the Merchant or third parties is strictly prohibited.
The Merchant reserves the right to restrict or disable access to the website for users who violate these Terms.

The Merchant makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information published on the website is accurate and up to date but does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of such information.
The Merchant reserves the right to modify website content at any time without prior notice.
5. Products and Prices
All products are available exclusively through the webshop unless explicitly stated otherwise.
All prices are stated in euros and include VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The Merchant reserves the right to change prices, product descriptions, and availability at any time without prior notice.
6. Orders and Contract Conclusion
A sales contract is deemed concluded at the moment the Merchant confirms the order to the Customer via email.
The Merchant reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of obvious pricing errors, suspected abuse, or inability to deliver the product.
7. Payment
Payments are processed through secure payment systems available on the Shopify platform.
The Merchant does not store or have access to customers’ payment card details.
8. Delivery
Delivery conditions, timeframes, and costs are regulated by a separate Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.
9. Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without stating a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, except in cases prescribed by law.
The procedure and conditions for returns are defined in the Return Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
All content available on the website, including texts, visuals, logos, photographs, and video materials, is protected by copyright and related rights and is the property of the Merchant or third parties with whom the Merchant has appropriate agreements.
Any unauthorized use of such content is strictly prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Merchant shall not be liable for any damage resulting from the use of the website or products, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, within the limits permitted by applicable law.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Split, unless mandatory consumer protection regulations provide otherwise.
